Outsourced data processing

On our website we use Google Maps (API) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). To ensure data protection, Google Maps is deactivated when you enter this website for the first time . Rapidmail
This website uses Rapidmail for the sending of newsletters. The provider is the rapidmail GmbH, Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg i.Br., Germany.

Data analysis by Rapidmail
For analytical purposes, e-mails sent via Rapidmail are tagged with a so-called “Tracking Pixel”, which connects to Rapidmail’s servers once the e-mail is opened. As a result, it is possible to determine whether a newsletter e-mail was actually opened.
With the assistance of Rapidmail we are also able to determine whether and which links in the newsletter message the recipient clicked. All links integrated into the e-mail are so-called Tracking Links that enable us to count your clicks.

Legal basis

7. Plugins and tools
YouTube
This website embeds videos of the website YouTube. The website operator is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you visit a page on this website into which a YouTube has been embedded, a connection with YouTube’s servers will be established. As a result, the YouTube server will be notified, which of our pages you have visited.
YouTube is integrated by the technical process of so-called framing. Framing involves the mere insertion of an HTML link provided by YouTube into the code of a website to create a playback frame on the third party site, thus enabling the video stored on YouTube servers to be played.
We use the framing codes generated by YouTube in the so-called "extended privacy mode". According to the information provided by the YouTube platform, the cookie activity and the data collection initiated by this is only linked to the use of the playback function of the video itself. Against this background, the collection of data by mere use of the website with framed content is prevented. The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1)(a) DSGVO, which you can revoke at any time at the end of this privacy policy.
To protect your data, we use a so-called two-click solution. All YouTube content is deactivated by default and is only loaded and displayed by the YouTube servers after clicking the "Activate content" button. With this click you agree that your IP address is transferred to YouTube and that cookies are set in your browser. For your convenience, we will remember your consent for 30 days via a so-called Local Storage Object, which we store in your browser.
