VarioSys modul
Machine module DDM 9105
The DDM 9105 machine module is a fully automatic module for tub opening and denesting. The tubs are opened using a heating frame. For that purpose, they are transferred to the relevant positions by a robot. After the tub has been opened, a second robot removes the RTU vials from the nest and transfers them to the next module for further processing in bulk. For further processing of RTU containers, the nest is placed onto a transfer track after the tub has been opened.

G-Con PODs® Unique cleanroom infrastructures
The standard POD cleanroom unit is comprised of classified space (shown center), personnel and material airlocks (left) and a mechanical space (right). The mechanical space typically contains an air handling unit, the fire suppression system, and control/access points for utilities. Ductwork from the air handler to the clean space, integrated process piping, and fire suppression piping is contained inside the POD ceiling plenum for efficiency and compactness.Reduced particle process
- Tubs are opened using a patented heating frame.
- The B+S delidding process employs the same method as for closing the tubs.
- In this proven and reliable process, heat is applied to loosen the adhesive bonds.
- This method ensures a reproducible and particle-reduced process with no movement occurring over the open tubs.
- The heating frame design is optimized for laminar flow, ensuring continuous and turbulence-free laminar flow.
